REFUND POLICY

Refund requests must be received within the Program Return Window and include the Required Program Information. Mortgage Recovery USA reserves the right to reject any request if requirements are not fully met. Demurral to enact a strategy does not constitute failure of guarantee.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Products incompatible with software/devices
  • Financed purchases
  • Coaching services
  • Physical products
  • Discounted or sale items

Refund Conditions

  • Refunds issued minus costs, fees, and processing expenses
  • Client responsible for return shipping costs
  • Subsequent chargebacks/disputes will be:
    • Sent to collections
    • Reported to consumer agencies
    • Subject to added collection fees

Key Limitations

  • Return windows begin immediately upon order placement
  • Requests missing required information or submitted late will be automatically denied

Submission Process

Submit all requests to claim@mortgagerecoveryusa.com. Requests are only acknowledged if confirmation is received within forty-eight (48) hours. The Provider is not responsible for:

  • Lost communications
  • Late submissions
  • Incomplete requests
